| Cancellation Policy, Terms and Conditions: We respectfully remind guests that a reservation constitutes a contract between themselves and The Glenavon. In the event of cancellations, alterations or reduction of numbers by the client, The Glenavon will undertake to mitigate its losses and to re-let the room at similar rates. The Guest will be responsible for the loss incurred by the guesthouse in the event that rooms remain unoccupied, or are occupied at a lower rate than the date the room was originally booked. We reserve the right to amend our tariff without notice. |
| To prevent any potential loss due to cancellations we do stress the importance of taking out travel insurance for your protection. If you have to cancel your stay for whatever reason, the right is reserved to make a cancellation charge if cancellation is within 24 hours of arrival time. The cancellation charge will be 100% of the 1st nights stay. If cancellation is due to circumstances out of the guests control then it will be up to the management to decide on a course of action. |
